摘 要
本课题首先通过电子束辐照制备得到一系列不同配比的偏氟乙烯-六氟乙烯共聚物(P(VDF-co-HFP))/交联剂(1,3,5-三烯丙基-1,3,5-三嗪-2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)三酮(TAIC))共混交联薄膜。然后,经离子液体(1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑双三氟磺酰亚胺盐,[EMIm][TFSI])浸渍,最终成功制得交联型凝胶聚合物电解质。通过热重分析仪(TGA)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱仪(FTIR)、万能试验机和电化学工作站等仪器,我们对材料的热力学性能,机械性能和离子导电性能进行了表征。结果表明,当TAIC质量分数为5%,电子束辐照吸收剂量为75kGy时,交联聚合物电解质表现出优异的力学性能(断裂伸长率为450%,断裂强度为6。8MPa)和良好的离子导电率(1。4mS/cm,室温)。此外材料还拥有良好的回弹性和热稳定性,在柔性聚合物电解质领域具有潜在的应用。85421
In this thesis, various of irradiated (P(VDF-co-HFP))/triallyl isocyanurate (TAIC) blend films were prepared through electron beam irradiation (EBI)。 Then the crosslinked polymer gel electrolytes with different ILs content (1-ethyl-3-methyl imidazolium bis (trifluoromethylsulfonyl) imide, [EMIm][TFSI]) were obtained after immersing the crosslinked polymer blends in the ILs。 And the thermodynamic properties, mechanical properties and ionic conductivity of samples were characterized with thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), infrared spectrometer (FTIR), tensile test and electrochemistry workstation。 The results showed that when the polymer blends containing 5% TAIC was irradiated at 75 kGy, the crosslinked gel polymer electrolytes exhibited excellent mechanical properties。 The elongation at break was 450 % and the fracture strength was 6。8 MPa。 The prepared crosslinked gel polymer electrolytes also have the high ion conductivity of 1。4 mS/cm at room temperature。 In addition, the material has good resilience and thermal stability, and has potential application in the field of flexible polymer electrolyte。
