摘要:高熵合金作为新型的合金材料,拥有众多的传统合金所不具备的优良性能,比如具有高硬度、高耐磨性、高腐蚀性和高强度等。

本论文试验主要研究CoCrCuxFeNiTi0.3高熵合金的摩擦磨损行为,利用扫描电子显微镜、维氏显微硬度计、X射线衍射仪对铸态合金组织、硬度及相组成进行分析,摩擦磨损实验所用试样是将原铸态小块状试样在高频感应炉中重熔4次后,再线切割而成。分别采用5N、10N、15N和20N的载荷进行摩擦磨损测试,从而研究分析不同载荷对高熵合金摩擦系数的影响。再利用共聚焦显微镜观察合金的磨损表面形貌,再利用软件将其绘成3D图,这样可以更好的研究分析合金的磨损程度,根据得到的数据计算合金的摩擦系数,绘制成曲线图。研究结果表明,高熵合金的摩擦系数随着载荷的增加而降低,说明高熵合金的耐磨性较好;对合金的磨痕进行分析,发现磨痕表面宽度变大,说明高熵合金的磨损率减少,这有两个原因,可能是由于高熵合金良好的力学性能有关,也有可能是发生了粘着磨损。这都说明了CoCrCuxFeNiTii0.3高熵合金具有良好的耐磨性能。

Abstract:High entropy alloy as a new type of alloy material, with a large number of traditional alloys do not have the excellent performance, such as high hardness, high wear resistance, high corrosion and high strength.

      In this paper, the friction and wear behavior of CoCrCuxFeNiTi0.3 high entropy alloy were studied. The microstructure, hardness and phase composition of cast alloy were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, Vickers micro hardness tester and X-ray diffractometer. Sample is the original cast small pieces of samples in the high-frequency induction furnace remelted 4 times, and then cut from the line. The friction and wear tests of 5N, 10N, 15N and 20N were carried out to study the influence of different loads on the friction coefficient of high entropy alloy. Then, the surface morphology of the alloy was observed by confocal microscopy, and then the 3D surface was plotted by software. This could be used to study the wear degree of the alloy. The friction coefficient of the alloy was calculated according to the obtained data. Figure. The results show that the friction coefficient of the high entropy alloy decreases with the increase of the load, which indicates that the wear resistance of the high entropy alloy is better. The wear of the alloy is analyzed and it is found that the surface of the wear surface becomes larger, The wear rate is reduced, for two reasons, probably due to the high mechanical properties of the high entropy alloy, and there may be adhesive wear. This shows that CoCrCuxFeNiTi0.3 high entropy alloy has good wear resistance.
