摘要:本文研究的内容是通过物理化学方法对丙烯酸树脂进行改性,用电化学阻抗、红外测试分析、粒径分析、热失重分析等表征方法,对有机硅聚合物改性丙烯酸酯的各项性能指标做一个系统的分析,主要的试验内容如下:

分别用溶液聚合和乳液聚合的方法对甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸、丙烯酸正丁酯、苯乙烯等单体进行一定比例的配比,再加入适量的偶氮二异丁腈引发剂、一定量的二甲苯溶剂,配置出性能优异的丙烯酸酯树脂。比较两种方法的优缺点,选择出最好的配方设计。

通过有机硅聚合物中的碳碳不饱和双键与丙烯酸酯中的单体发生共聚反应来改性丙烯酸酯,反应过程中要加入引发剂,同样的配置出一定比例的单体,实验结束前观察溶液粘度,适当加入溶剂调节粘度,最后加入氨水进行中和,调节PH至7-8.

用红外测试分析、电化学阻抗测试、热失重分析、粒径分析、接触角测试、吸水率测试等表征方法,对改性后的聚合物进行性能测试,对各个性能进行一个系统的分析。

本次实验主要是为了提高丙烯酸树脂的耐玷污性、耐老化性、耐水性等各项性能,而有机硅聚合物的引入恰好弥补了丙烯酸树脂的缺点,各自的优点又都发挥着不同的作用。所以用有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂是目前最佳的选择,也是目前国内外科研人员关注的热点。

The performance of the modified polymer was tested by infrared test analysis, electrochemical impedance test, thermogravimetric analysis, particle size analysis, contact angle test and water absorption test. The performance was analyzed systematically.
