设计总说明随着人类对环境及健康的日益重视,水性涂料已获得了愈来愈广泛的应用。传统溶剂型涂料在生产和使用过程中所释放的有机挥发性物质(VOC)产生的污染,目前已成为排在汽车之后的城市主要污染源。而涂料行业是我国VOC重点控制的领域。2010年,我国涂料产量达到966.6万吨,其中溶剂型涂料占51.2%。据推算,当年涂料行业溶剂用量达到432.5万吨,约占全国VOC排放总量的14.4%,这些溶剂在施工时全部挥发到大气中,造成了极其严重的环境污染。为了使涂料达到环保的要求,科技工作者把研究重点放在了代替传统的溶剂型涂料的研发上。这些替代型涂料包括:高固体分涂料、水性涂料、粉末涂料和辐射固化涂料等。
根据设计任务书,本次设计选择了年产5000吨水性涂料车间工艺设计。通过查阅大量的文献资料和认知实习,对水性涂料(涂刷亚光漆)生产工艺、生产设备等进行了科学论证和设计。并对生产工艺进行物料衡算和热量衡算。
本设计运用单螺杆挤出生产方式进行小型工厂的设计,一条生产线每年工作320天、每天24小时三班倒、40余人,小规模的投产计划就能实现,计划每小时生产水性涂料651kg。本次设计的特点是包括了厂区布置,一起废料的后处理,提高生产效率,提高原料的利用率,并且是产品符合市场的要求。
本设计也充分考虑了整个车间的安全施工问题,提出相应的安全防护措施来保护车间操作员工,并对周边环境问题也做了详细的分析和讨论。努力做到操作 文修方便安全、设备排列简洁、紧凑、整齐,以提高车间工作效率,降低建筑成本,增加经济效益。8830
本次设计由老师指导,他提出了许多宝贵而重要的意见和建议,帮助我在整个设计中更好的完成和完善了工作。在此,我表示衷心的感谢。并且在整个学期的设计过程中,我对水性涂料的生产流程有了一个更加全面的认识和理解,并根据自己所学的专业知识,和在校期间去工厂实习的经历,初步努力完成了整个车间工艺的设计,为今后进入社会、工厂的工作打下一定基础。
由于水性涂料行业的广泛和目前发展的局限性,相对于我比较局限的知识面,设计中难免会有错误和不妥之处,恳请批阅老师批评指正。

With the increasing emphasis on environmental and human health,water paint has been applied more and more widely.Volatile organic compounds released by the traditional solvent-based coatings in the process of production and use of the(VOC)pollution,has become the main source of pollution in the city car after.While the coating industry is the focus of control of VOC field in China.In 2010,China’s paint production reached 9666000tons,accounting for 51.2% of industry reached 4325000tons,accounting for about 14.4% of total VOC emissions,these solvents in the construction of all volatile into the atmosphere,causing environmental pollution is extremely serious.In order to make the coating meeting the requirements of environmental protection,science and technology workers focus on the R&D of solvent coating instead of the Traditional.Including these alternative coating:high solid coatings,waterborne coatings,powder coatings and radiation curing coating etc.
The use of design for small factory production of single screw extruder design, a production line of 320 days a year, 24 hours a day in three shifts, 40 more than person, small scale production plan can be achieved, plan production per hour of waterborne coatings 651kg. This design is characterized by including the plant layout, together with the waste treatment, improve production efficiency, improve the utilization rate of raw materials, and products meet the market requirements.
This design also fully considered the construction safety problem of the whole workshop, put forward relevant safety measures to protect the shop operators,and on the surrounding environmental problems are analyzed and discussed in detail. Strive to do the repair is convenient and safe operation,equipment simple,compact arrangement,neat,in order to improve the work efficiency of workshop,reduce the construction cost,increase economic benefits.
