摘要本文主要研究钨酸钆纳米材料的液相合成方法,它的光催化性能和荧光性质。主要内容包括:

1.采用水热法。将等计量比的Na2WO4·2H2O和Gd(NO3)3·6H2O混和,在180℃反应24小时得到Gd2WO6纳米材料。或利用Gd(NO3)3·6H2O和NaOH制取Gd(OH)3前驱物,再将前驱物和Na2WO4·2H2O混合在180℃反应18小时得到Gd2WO6纳米材料。通过XRD和SEM对样品的结果和微观形貌进行表征。结果表明:所制得的样品并非纯相的Gd2WO6纳米材料。

2.采用共沉淀法。将等计量比的钨酸钠和硝酸钆混合,将生成的沉淀放入高温马弗炉中煅烧得到Gd2WO6纳米材料。通过XRD、SEM、TEM、FT-IR、UV-vis等表征手段对样品的结构、微观形貌、表面状态及光学特性等进行表征。结果表明:所制得的样品为纯相Gd2WO6。荧光实验显示,此种Gd2WO6纳米材料有很好的发光性质。光催化实验显示,样品在可见光和紫外光照射下都没有光催化性质。67158

Title   Study  on  Synthesis  and  Properties  of  Nano-Materials  of  Gd2WO6

Abstract

This paper mainly studied Gd2WO6 phase synthesis of nanomaterials, its photocatalytic performance and fluorescence properties. The main contents include:

1. Hydrothermal method. Mix the equal stoichiometric ratio of  Na2WO4·2H2O and Gd(NO3)3·6H2O,we obtained  the Gd2WO6 nanomaterials under 180 ℃ for 24 hours. Or the Gd(OH)3 precursors were synthesized via the reaction of Gd(NO3)3·6H2O and NaOH, then combined the precursors and the Na2WO4·2H2O, we obtained  the Gd2WO6 nanomaterials under 180 ℃ for 18 hours. The crystal structure and morphology of the phosphors were characterized by using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). Results showed that the sample obtained is not the pure phase Gd2WO6 nanomaterials.

2. Co-precipitation method. Mix the equal stoichiometric ratio of Na2WO4·2H2O and Gd(NO3)3·6H2O,then put the precipitation generated into the high temperature furnace to get Gd2WO6 nanomaterials. By XRD, SEM, TEM and FT - IR, UV - vis ,the structure, surface state and optical properties of the sample were characterized. Results show that the obtained sample was Gd2WO6 pure phase. Fluorescence experiments have shown that such Gd2WO6 nano material has good luminescent properties. Photocatalytic experiments showed that the samples had no photocatalytic properties under visible light and uv -light.
