摘要本文对A1-ZrO2-B2O3系铝基复合材料进行热爆合成研究。运用热力学基本理论对反应过程进行热力学分析,分析反应进行的可能性;采用金相显微镜、SEM和XRD等现代技术手段对反应产物及微观组织进行分析;结合DSC(Differential Scanning Calorimetry)曲线,分析反应过程的动力学,并研究不同的工艺参数对反应过程及其结果的影响规律。67168

经热力学分析可知,未加入B2O3粉时,在A1-ZrO2系铝基复合材料中,Al先与ZrO2反应生成α-Al2O3和[Zr],之后[Zr]与Al发生反应生成Al3Zr;加入B2O3粉后,除了发生上述反应外,Al还会与B2O3反应生成α-Al2O3和[B],之后[Zr]和[B]原子结合生成ZrB2。实验表明:未加入B2O3粉时,反应产物由α-Al2O3和Al3Zr组成,与热力学分析结果相符。其中Al3Zr为块状物,α-Al2O3为细小颗粒,两者均匀分布在基体中;加入B2O3粉后,反应产物由α-Al2O3、Al3Zr和ZrB2组成,与热力学分析结果相同,ZrB2也呈细小颗粒状,并且随着B2O3加入量的增加,Al3Zr的生成逐渐被抑制,而ZrB2的生成量逐渐增加,增强相的分布更加均匀。

Title Study on the composites fabricated by the method of exothermic dispersion synthesis in Al-ZrO2-B2O3 reaction system

Abstract

This paper is about the composites fabricated by the method 0f exothermic dispersion synthesis in Al-ZrO2-B2O3 reaction system. Use the basic theory of  thermodynamics  analysis the reaction process, to judge the possibility  of the reaction; And through modern technological means, such as metallurgical microscope, SEM and XRD, to analysis the products of the reation and the microstructure of the products; combined with DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry) curve analysis the dynamics of the process, and also study the influence of different process parameters on the process and its results.

The thermodynamic analysis shows that when B2O3 powder is not added, in the A1-ZrO2 reaction system , Al reacts first with ZrO2 and the products are α-Al2O3 and [Zr], then [Zr] and Al combine to generate Al3Zr; when add B2O3 powder into the reaction system, in addition to the reactions above occurs, Al will react with the B2O3, and the products are [B] and α-Al2O3, then [Zr] and [B] atoms combine to generate ZrB2.The experimental results show that: in the A1-Zr02 aluminum matrix composites, without B2O3 powder, the reaction product is consist of α-Al2O3 and Al3Zr .The Al3Zr are lumps and α- Al2O3 are small particles, they both uniformly distributed in the matrix ;  When adding B2O3 powder, the reaction product composition by α-Al2O3 、Al3Zr and ZrB2, ZrB2 is also exist as small particles, and with the increasement of the amount of B2O3 , the generation of Al3Zr gradually be suppressed.
