摘要本文主要设计并研究了焊接过程中工艺参数的在线传感和过程传输技术,研 制了硬件电路以采集焊接过程参数。以 LabVIEW 作为软件平台,使用了包括电流 传感器、数据采集卡在内的硬件系统,对焊接过程实时监测并分析。系统包括模 拟示波器、文件保存及调用、信号分析等模块。能够对焊接过程电参数波形变化 实时采集显示,并且使用不同工具对焊接过程进行稳定性分析,对焊接信息进行 网络发布。对脉冲 MIG 焊参数采集和发布试验表明系统采集到的试验数据和对焊 接过程的分析准确反映了实际焊接情况,分别探讨了焊接电流、焊接速度、保护 气流量与焊缝成形及焊接稳定性的关系,得出电流的变异系数的变化与焊缝成形 质量有一定的相关性,变异系数越小,焊接稳定性和成形质量越差。68485

Title Research on the technology for online sensing and transfer process of welding parameters.
Abstract
The author is mainly about the research on the technology for online sensing and transfer process of welding parameters. Developed a hardware for welding parameters acquisition basing on LabVIEW. Designed a hardware system including data sample for real time inspecting and quality analysising. This system consists of several models: oscillograph simulating, file saving and querying, signal analysising and so on. It can acquire multi-way signals of welding circuit and arc voltage data at the same time. The system can analysis the stability of welding process using different means. By the way, the system realized the function of network transmisson. The system is correct and reliable according to the experiment of data acquisition and net transmission on PMIG welding. Discussed on the relationship between welding current、welding speed、flow of protective gas and weld seam forming、stability of welding process. Draw a conclusion, the smaller variation coefficient is,the worse stability and quality will be.
