摘要:2Cr13型不锈钢是一种马氏体不锈钢,具有较好的耐腐蚀性,较高的热强性。本文以2Cr13型不锈钢为研究对象,制定了两种不同的热处理制度,研究了淬火温度以及淬火-回火-碳分配工艺对组织性能的影响。将实验钢在850℃,900℃,950℃,1000℃,1050℃5种不同的温度下淬火,然后在620℃回火,研究淬火温度对组织性能的影响;第二种热处理工艺是在1050℃淬火,在6组不同的温度下进行回火和碳分配,研究淬火-回火-碳分配工艺对组织性能的影响,并分析2Cr13不锈钢在两种不同的热处理制度下组织和性能的区别。实验结果表明:随着淬火温度的升高,在相同回火温度下,所得的回火马氏体组织形貌增大;而试样在Q-T-P工艺下回火温度在620℃的试样的强度与硬度大于在850℃回火的试样强度与硬度,但塑性要比850℃回火的低,并且随着碳分配温度的升高,组织中铁素体减少,析出的碳化物增多。80555

Study on Heat Treatment of 2Cr13 Stainless Steel
Abstract:2Cr13 stainless steel is a martensitic stainless steel, with good corrosion resistance, high thermal strength。 In this paper, 2Cr13 stainless steel was used as the research object, and two different heat treatment systems were developed。 The effects of quenching temperature and quenching-tempering-carbon distribution on the microstructure were studied。 The experimental steel was quenched at 850 ℃, 900 ℃, 950 ℃, 1000 ℃ and 1050 ℃at different temperatures and then tempered at 620 ℃to study the effect of quenching temperature on the microstructure and properties。 The second heat treatment process was carried out at 1050 The effects of quenching - tempering - carbon distribution process on the microstructure and properties of 2Cr13 stainless steel were investigated。 The results show that the microstructure and properties of 2Cr13 stainless steel are different in different heat treatment systems。 The experimental results show that the morphology of the tempered martensite increases with the increase of the quenching temperature, and the tensile strength of the sample under the QTP process is 620 ℃ Hardness is greater than the hardness and hardness of the samples annealed at 850 ℃, but the plasticity is lower than that of tempering at 850 ℃。 With the increase of carbon distribution temperature, the ferrite decreases and the precipitated carbides increase。
