    Abstract—This paper completes the design and development of supervisory control system. First, the system design scheme is deter¬mined on the base of upper and lower computer after the analysis of structure and function of test 一 bed and MT312 一 2000 experiment standard. The selection of hardware is carried out and the control loop is designed according to the requirements of safety, real —time and reliability. The upper computer software with good man—machine interface is developed using VB6. 0. The test process information system is built, which is convenient for the management of test data and the printing of report. The software of lower computer is exploited using STEP7 which can control test process automatically. The communication is realized by using MSComm in VB based on the free port mode. This system has been used in the biggest hydraulic support test— bed in China which runs stably and accurately,reduces cost and improves test efficiency. 28023

    0  INTRODUCTION
    China is the world's largest coal producer and consumer of coal production and demand increase year by year. The next 50 years, the pattern of coal as a major energy source will not change. But a long time, mine safety issue has been restricting the development of China's coal industry. Hydraulic bracket as a fully mechanized coal face of critical support equipment develop very rapidly in recent years. In order to meet the requirements of high yield and efficiency of coal mining, because of its strength and increasingly demanding technical content improving, the performance testing equipment also made increasing demands. But because the existing monitoring and control system still has some shortcomings, such as complicated structure, easy maintenance, high cost, promotion difficult, programming and development complex inconvenience, it is critical to prevent the hydraulic support product development and  marketing [1] .
    This paper uses a low-cost, technologically advanced automation technology tools, to design and develop a compact structure, reliable performance, high degree of automation of hydraulic support test computer monitoring system for hydraulic support testing provided the necessary conditions.
    1 Test Bed Monitor System Design
    Hydraulic support test rig consists of pumping stations, Stand, platform lifting hydraulic system, pressurization system, computer monitoring systems and piping accessories and other components, the body shape shown in Figure 1.Within the test rig loading test, before the test starting, we first need to test height adjustment. Computer monitoring system is mainly responsible for the acquisition and automatic control of test data during the test. Booster system has four pressurized cylinder, to meet the needs of different test items.
    Scaffolding frame factory, requires the detection of the project include: appearance quality, operational performance, adaptability, sealing performance, supporting performance, strength tests and durability tests.
    MT312-2000 test in accordance with requirements of the standard, cyclic loading adopts internal loading, the process shown in Figure 2.The strength test and durability test have the same loading process, and the loading process is pided into four phases, according to the logical order of the control test pressurization system action solenoid valve, in order to achieve early support, pressure, pressure and unloading, loading cycle times until it meets the test requirements [2]. Test logic sequence is shown in Figure 1.
    According to the test station structure and function as well as test standards based on the design of the control system architecture shown in Figure 3, this system consists of two parts under the upper and lower position control system PLC control system. The host monitoring system is mainly responsible for setting test parameters, data processing and display, test information management and report printing and so on.
