CONCLUDING REMARKS
The North American Forging Technology Conference has been held nearly every year since its inception in 1976. The next conference will be in the spring (March or April) of 1983, the probable location being Detroit, MI. The 1983 conference is expected to follow the general theme and format of its predecessors, while evolving to meet the changing needs of the forging industry. Presentations with substantial technical content are being sought in the areas of automation (including the use of robots and manipulators),
