摘    要随着中央反腐斗争的深入，“高薪”与“养廉”的关系越来越是各界学者所争论的一个话题。本文借鉴新加坡以及香港高薪养廉的反腐败经验，通过客观测量法与主观测量法的结合，经过文献搜索、实地走访、问卷调查、数据分析，来探究我国现阶段的贪腐国情现状，得出我国公务员工资已属高薪及根据国企反腐事件揭示高薪并不一定养廉。并且结合宁波余姚地区的问卷调查数据得到月收入与贪腐欲望的回归趋势线结果，发现“高薪”与“养廉”不存在特定的相关关系。90007

With the deepening of the struggle against corruption in the central government, the relationship between "high salaries" and "honesty" has been become a topic of debate among scholars from all walks of life。 Based on the experience of anti-corruption in Singapore and Hong Kong, this paper explores the current situation of corruption in China ,through the combination of objective measurement method and subjective measurement method, and the use of literature search, field visit, questionnaire survey and data analysis。 Find that civil servants wages are already high and under the state-owned enterprises anti-corruption incident to reveal that high salaries can't bring a clean atmosphere。 As well as combined with the survey data of Yuyao area in Ningbo, we get the regression trend of monthly income and corruption desire, and find that there is no specific correlation between "high salary" and "honesty"。
