摘要: 本工程位于上海科技大学内,为优尔层现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,公寓楼总建筑面积为6184.62m²,建筑高度31.8m(从室外地坪到屋面檐口)。本工程建筑耐火等级为二级,建筑设计使用年限为50年,抗震设防烈度为7度。该医务楼主体结构采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构,柱网尺寸为7.8m×7.8m、3.0m×7.8m、7.8m×7.8m,总长度为54.6m,总宽度为18.6m。底层层高4.8m,楼梯踏步数为32个,其余各标准层每层的层高均为4.5m,楼梯的踏步数均为30个,每层的楼梯的踏步高为150mm,踏步宽为270mm。楼梯的梯段宽为1.65m,中间休息平台宽为1.8m,扶手的高度为1.1m,宽度为60mm。考虑医务楼在管理、使用、交通设施等诸多方面的综合要求,在设计本建筑的交通组织方面特作如下考虑:本设计总设三个门,分别承担进出人流的功能,旁边两门的尺寸设为相同,正面的大门较大,使得整体空间更为大方,走道没有迂回,方便疏散。走廊:走廊因充分考虑人流通畅和建筑防火要求,以及搬运部分的通行要求,走廊宽为3.0m。一层主要布置配药室、挂号处,诊室,大厅、值班室、及公共卫生间。二和三层主要布置诊室,办公室,会议室和公共厕所。四至优尔层主要布置病房、护士站,器械室。电梯及楼梯布置在公寓中间位置。该教学楼主体结构采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构。基础采用柱下独立承台桩基础。在立面设计中,主要强调建筑的简洁、朴实和亲和的特点,建筑形体采用长方形造型,不追求复杂的装饰。考虑到公寓楼对消防、管理、使用,交通设施等诸多多方面的综合要求,在设计本建筑的交通组织方面特作了适当的考虑。该建筑选择了良好的朝向和自然通风,保持室内有良好的空气质量。在结构设计中,被工程在施工中采用后浇带,以免裂缝的产生。结构施工图中清楚有条理的反应了施工情况。柱的截面尺寸符合轴压比,梁的截面尺寸满足跨度的需要。19699

The Architectural and Structure Design of the medical technology building in shanghai technology University
1. Abstract
This program locates in ShangHai Technology University. Its construction area is 6184.62 m², 31.8m high. The engineering and construction durability rating of two, durable life of 50 years, the seismic intensity is 7 degrees. The main structure of the medical technology building of reinforced concrete cast wall structure, the main column net size of 7.8m×7.8m、3.0m×7.8m、7.8m×7.8m, total length of 54.6m, the total width of 18.6m. The length for the bottom layer of 4.8m, the number of stairs are 32stepping.The others layer of 4.5m ,the number of stairs are 30 stepping,stepping on each floor of the staircase height of 150mm, stepping width 270mm. Bench width of staircase 1.65m, a break of platform width 1.8m, height of the handrail 1.1m, a width of 60mm. Taking into account the teaching building office one in management, use, transportation facilities, and many other aspects of the comprehensive requirements, and then design the construction of traffic organization for the following special considerations: The total design have three doors.The two side door has the same size,the front door are lagger, and made the whole space is more generous, walkways no detour to facilitate evacuation. Corridors: Corridor unobstructed flow due to fully consider and building fire safety requirements, as well as handling some of the prevailing requirements. Taking all these factors,width of the corridor is 3.0 m.The first floor is medicine dispensing room,registration room, emergency room and washroom.The scend and third floor is emergency room, office and washroom.The others are sickroom,equipment room and washroom. The elevator is in the middle of the building. It takes Frame - shear wall structure of Reinforced Concrete. The basis of independent contractors under the table by column piles. The design of the facade, the main emphasis on building simple, simple and affinity characteristics of architectural form with a rectangular shape, not the pursuit of complex decoration.Taking into account scientific research building on fire, management, use, transport facilities, and many other aspects of the comprehensive requirements of the traffic in the design of the building made the appropriate organization of special consideration.The building chosen a good orientation and natural ventilation to maintain good indoor air quality.In the construction design, the main mind is the simpler designing, the better feeling people have.
