设计总说明我设计的题目是瑞兴商业广场的下层空调通风系统设计。瑞兴商业广场的建筑为正方形结构,包括地下2层和地上5层。它们建筑结构相同,其中地下2层为设备和车库,地上五层则全部为商业楼层。地上5层作商场,地下2层作车库,每个楼层总面积1296㎡。每个楼层含有工作间12个,分别是128㎡的工作间4个、32㎡的工作间6个、和2个96㎡的工作间。建筑中心含有设备间,设备间里有6部公用电梯和3部货用电梯,每个电梯面积为4㎡。设备间总面积为200㎡,设备间与工作间的安全走道面积为180㎡。设备间里有2个消防前室,面积为30㎡,1个值班室16㎡,和1个强电间8㎡,1个水房8㎡。20508
我涉及的内容及步骤分别是:先选定何时空调系统的类型,并确定设计方案,然后再进行计算。计算部分包括:空调冷负荷的计算;空调系统的划分与系统方案的确定;冷源的选择;风系统的设计与计算;室内送风方式与气流组织形式的选定;水系统的设计、布置与水力计算; 风管系统与水管系统保温层的设计等内容。另外还有,设备选型和布置,防烟和防火等安全系统的设置等。
空调冷负荷的计算,应根据工程概况中的参数应用鸿业软件来得出空调冷负荷;空调系统的划分与系统方案的确定,应该通过商业广场的实际参数及各空调系统的优缺点来确定;冷源的选择,是根据鸿业软件中得到的数据来选择;风系统的设计与计算,对图纸进行规划和设计,并通过水力计算来验证;室内送风方式与气流组织形式的选定,采用风机盘管加新风系统,风机盘管的新风供给方式用单设新风系统,独立供给室内;水系统的设计,应该考虑到各个房间的水管布置,及水系统的布置并规划; 风管系统与水管系统保温层的设计,应该遵守管道保温及防腐要求。
风系统部分:通过每个房间单位平米人数及30m³/(h•人)新风量以确定各房间的新风量,再通过[2]确定各段新风风管的尺寸。排风管的确定方法亦是如此。此外还需按照相关规范加装相应的风阀。
水系统部分:通过各个房间的冷量换算出水管流量,估算相应的水管管径,并找出最不利的水循环进行阻力计算以确定冷冻循环水泵的扬程。
机房的布置部分:结合设计经验进行合理的布置,目的在于便于日常的操作及机器的文护方便。
保温、防腐部分:按照设计规范进行确定,其作用在于避免不必要的冷热量的损失。
Design General Information
My topic is the underlying design of air conditioning and ventilation system design Ruixing commercial plaza . Ruixing Commercial Plaza building is a square structure , including 2 underground floors and 5 floors . They have the same structures , including 2 underground floors of equipment and garage , ground five are all commercial floors. 5 floors for shopping malls, and 2 underground floors for garages, a total area of 1296 square meters per floor . Each floor contains a workstation 12 , 128 square meters of workshop were 4 , 32 square meters of workshop 6 , and two 96 square meters of workshop . Architecture Centre contains between devices , between devices , there are six public elevators and two goods lifts , each elevator area of 4 square meters. Between devices is 200 square meters total area , between the equipment and workplace safety walkway area of 180 square meters. Between devices , there are two firefighting front room , with an area of 30 square meters, a duty room of 16 square meters, and between a strong electric 8 meters, a water room 8 meters.
I am involved in the content and steps are: first select the type when the air conditioning system , and to determine the design , and then calculated. Calculating section includes : air-conditioning cooling load calculation ; determine the pision of air conditioning systems and system solutions ; choose cold source ; design and calculation of wind systems ; indoor air supply and air distribution in the form of selected ; design of water system layout computing and hydraulic ; duct insulation systems and plumbing systems design and so on. There are additionally provided , equipment selection and arrangement , such as smoke and fire safety systems and so on. Another position also requires a combination of structural features of the building chosen air-conditioning systems and commercial buildings to choose the right air conditioning unit , reasonable layout and pipe duct .
