摘要:随着道路工程的迅速发展,沥青路面也逐渐成为了道路路面的首选。气候变化与荷载的增加使得道路路面病害日益严重,对道路材料质量的要求越来越高。加入改性剂能够有效提高沥青的性能,因此改性沥青的研究工作对提高路面使用性能与寿命具有重要的意义。本文以SBS(苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物)改性沥青为研究对象,通过样本制备、荧光显微图像拍摄、图像处理、图像分析等过程,以图像处理与试验研究相结合的方式对其微观结构进行量化分析。由于改性沥青的宏观性能与改性剂颗粒在沥青中的分布情况紧密相关,可以通过探究SBS改性沥青的不同制备工艺对改性剂颗粒在沥青中的分布情况的影响,来确定制备SBS改性沥青的最理想制备工艺,为改善改性沥青的生产过程提供可靠的理论依据。87632

Title Study on the optimum preparation technology of SBS modified asphalt based on image analysis。
Abstract Nowadays, asphalt pavement has become the first choice of road pavements as the road engineering is advancing rapidly。 Climate change and increasing load have made road pavement diseases become more and more serious and raised the requirements on the quality of road materials。 Adding modifier can effectively improve the performance of asphalt, therefore, the research of the modified asphalt has important significance to improving the performance and expectancy of asphalt。 In this paper, we take SBS (styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer) modified asphalt for research object。 Passing through sample preparation, fluorescence microscopic image capturing, image processing and image analysis, this study has conducted quantitative analysis on the microstructure of asphalt by combining image processing and experimental study。 Due to the strong relevance between the macroscopic properties of asphalt and the distribution of modifier particles in the asphalt, we can find out an ideal preparation method for the SBS modified asphalt by researching the effect of different preparation methods on the distribution of modifier particles in the asphalt。Thereby, provide a reliable theoretical basis for improving the production process of modified asphalt。
