摘要:本设计为上海市某酒店A区空调系统设计,该建筑共两层,建筑总面积为3292.98m2,其中空调面积为2075.17m2。首层层高为4.5m,二层为4.2m,建筑总高度8.7m。空调房间类型主要为用餐大厅(中餐厅)、商务中心、大堂、服务台、休息大厅以及客房。使用鸿业暖通空调负荷计算软件7.0对该建筑空调房间区域进行负荷计算,夏季室内总冷负荷为167832W,冬季室内总热负荷为87575W,夏季室内冷负荷指标为80.9W/m2,冬季室内热负荷指标为178.65W/m2。考虑该建筑为一五星级酒店,从满足顾客舒适度及空调系统运行节能的角度出发,其中系统外区大空间空调房间采用全空气一次回风系统;空调外区小空间房间采用风机盘管加独立新风系统;空调内区由于全年需要供冷,采用全空气一次回风系统,新风和回风混合经空气处理机组(AHU)处理后直接送入房间。例如面积较大的大堂、用餐大厅、咖啡厅等采用全空气系统,设置散流器平送的形式,这样能有效的进行除湿并能满足风量要求,而对于卧房和套房,因为其面积较小,多采用风机盘管加新风系统侧送的气流组织形式,主要是考虑了其占地小、噪音低和便于控制等优点。此外,我还对空调系统的防腐保温以及消声减震等进行了简单的设计。23601

Air Conditioning System Design of A Hotel Area A In Shanghai
Abstract:This design is for air conditioning system design of a hotel A zone in Shanghai , the hotel is A building of two layers, A construction area of 3292.98 m2, including air conditioning area is 2075.17 m2. First layer upon layer of 4.5 m high, second floors high is 4.2 m, building a total height of 8.7 m. Type of air conditioning room is mainly for the dining hall (Chinese), business center, lobby, reception, lounge and guest room. Use hongye hvac load calculation software 7.0 room area in the building air-conditioning system load calculation, summer indoor total cooling load of 167832 W, winter indoor total heat load of 87575 W, summer indoor cooling load index is 80.9 W/m2, winter indoor heating load index is 178.65 W/m2. Considering the building for a five-star hotel, from meet customer comfort and air conditioning system energy saving point of view, the area outside the large space air conditioning room using a return air system, air conditioning terminal using erminal control; Air conditioning area little space outside rooms adopt fan-coil unit housekeeper independent fresh air system; Area within the air conditioning because the year need cooling, using a return air system, fresh air and return air mixed by air handling unit (AHU) directly into the room, duct end adopts terminal. Such as larger area of the front office, dining hall, cafe, etc with full air system, set the diffuser is flat to form, it can effectively for dehumidification and can satisfy the requirement of air volume, for the bedrooms and suites, because the area is lesser, we adopt fan-coil unit plus fresh air system side send airflow organization form, mainly considering the covers an area of small, low noise and easily to control, etc. In addition, I also design insulation of air conditioning system and shock absorption.etc. .
