摘要： 酒店和其他建筑一样，都是城市整体系统的一个细胞，与城市互相依附而生存，两者应相互照顾，相互协调，酒店建筑要有长远的规划，同其他公共建筑既有性质上的差别，又有形象上的不同，那就是无论楼房高低远近，其外观都要设法传达出一种非常明确的信息，即：我是酒店，而且应该通过这种传达表明自己是哪一种类型的酒店，那一个级别和档次的的酒店 。然而现实中我们所看到的很多酒店建筑设计都会在外观上最先出现问题，有的像学校，有的像办公室，有的像科研单位，也有的想博物馆，景象十分壮观，总之如果外立面没有酒店名字，这个建筑所传达的信息肯定是模糊的，这就失去了酒店建筑的特征的意义，所以满足酒店经营和发展需要，首先规划酒店体架和室内外整体功能及流程设计，以满足经营的需要；其次由内至外地构造酒店的每一个空间、形态，在确保酒店健康生命的前提下，尽可能塑造出酒店建筑的性格的特色。32831

1 课题概况
1.1 项目简介
本设计为处于坡地的旅馆，拟在南方某城市地带建一规模在300间客房城市旅馆，总用地面积约为12000㎡左右，总建筑面积约为20000㎡（±5%），不包括环境景观中的亭、廊、榭等小品建筑。充分考虑依山傍水的自然环境，容纳自然，体现朴实、灵巧、活泼、丰富的建筑风格。建筑不允许破坏城市景观的完整性，应尽量保留场地特征。建筑高度控制在50米以内。
建筑控制线退红线要求：沿路退10米，其余各边退6米。
建筑密度不得大于35%，绿地率不得小于35%。
建筑要求：
平面功能合理，流线清晰；
空间构成流畅、自然；
立面注意变化、造型新颖，可有地方特色；
处理好建筑与坡地及城市交通环境的关系。
