    摘要：信息技术的发展给建筑行业带来了建筑信息模型（BIM）技术。目前，BIM技术迅速发展并得以推广，相信在未来BIM技术将广泛应用于建筑工程全寿命周期中工程建模、工程预算、施工组织设计等方面。本次团队设计课题为：图文信息大楼BIM虚拟建造，课题主要任务是运用BIM技术进行图文信息大楼工程建模、工程预算、施工组织设计、模型虚拟建造等工作任务。
    本次设计从运用BIM技术进行图文信息大楼工程建模的角度出发，首先介绍了图文信息大楼工程设计说明情况，然后阐述了所需的各个软件的基本情况，最后从图纸信息、Revit建模、BIM 5D虚拟建造三个方面着重讲解了图文信息大楼BIM虚拟建造的详细情况。35486

    Building Information Modeling of Graphics and text information building
    Abstract: Development of information technology to the building industry has brought a building information modeling (BIM) technology.
