摘要上海电大行政楼位于上海市上海浦东新区，为6层现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，行政楼总建筑面积为4902m²，建筑高度26.55m（从室外地坪到屋面檐口）。其结构形式为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，安全等级为二级，设计使用年限为50 年；建筑物等耐火等级为二级。该行政楼主体结构采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构，柱网尺寸主要为4.8m×8.7m、3.6m×8.7m、3.3m×8.7m，总长度为41m，总宽度为20 m，占地面积为817平方米左右。梁、柱构件通过节点连接形成骨架结构，由梁、柱承受竖向和水平荷载，中间隔墙仅起文护作用。底层层高为4.8m，各标准层的层高为4.2m，楼梯的踏步数均取12，第一层的楼梯的踏步高为200mm，其余层的楼梯的踏步高为175mm，踏步均宽为250mm。楼梯的梯段均宽为1.80m，可以同时三人行走，中间休息平台宽为2.6m，扶手的高度为1m，宽度为1m。内部功能主要满足教师办公，建筑外形简洁朴实。一层主要为各类办公室，其余层则设有大型会议室。该楼主体结构采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构。基础采用柱下独立承台桩基础。在立面设计中，主要强调建筑的简洁、朴实和亲和的特点，建筑形体采用正方形造型，不追求复杂的装饰。考虑到行政楼楼对消防、管理、使用，交通设施等诸多多方面的综合要求，在设计本建筑的交通组织方面特作了适当的考虑。该建筑选择了良好的朝向和自然通风，保持室内有良好的空气质量。36110

Considering the executive tower building of fire control, management, use, transportation facilities, and many other aspects of comprehensive requirements, in the design of the construction of traffic organization for due consideration. Chose good toward the building and natural ventilation, maintain good indoor air quality.
