Design General Information
This air-conditioning systems design is for the Ju Shi office building and it will be afford a comfortable working environment for indoor staff. The design combines features of air-conditioned office building, according to Tong Xiang region's energy structure and energy situation and the current level of economic development, from the perspective of energy-saving design, providing people with a comfortable, safe and healthy working environment.
This design mainly includes office and meeting room. There are 7 floors in this office building. The total construction area is 4010 m², the top of the building height of 24 m. The air conditioning design is mainly for office. For the office staff, visitors and other staff’s provide a comfortable and healthy environment. According the architectural design of the different parts of the structural features, it takes full account of the indoor environment of comfort.
Fan-coil system is mainly used air-conditioned rooms bear the cooling load and the heat load, the ceiling of each office room placement within one fan-coils. An air-cooled heat pump units up to 90% energy efficiency, saving energy consumption, greatly reducing the user cost.
