    【摘要】：本建筑是位于上海市的教学楼。建筑面积约5885m2，共八层，一层层高为4.5m，二至五层层高为4.2m。整个办公楼长约57m，共设有楼梯两个。在结构设计部分，采用箱型柱，H型钢梁，楼梯采用钢楼梯，隔墙采用轻质砌块以及轻钢龙骨隔墙。结构上采用5横7纵的柱布置，因为该楼在沿横轴方向细长，多数柱采用350×400箱型柱，特殊部位需加强处采用更大尺寸柱。因为楼层会发生扭转，所以在部分柱间加入支撑以加强局部刚度。该楼主要功能为教学，建筑设计包含办公室、教室、卫生间等。平面上对各个房间进行全面地考虑，统筹规划，结构造型上打破传统造型，采用不规则的L型，达到视觉上的美观效果。在卫生间、办公室等的空间布置时，要充分考虑使用的便利性，让建筑的实用性达到最大程度的表达。在安全方面，需要依据《建筑设计防火规范》合理设计消防楼梯，保证人群在紧急情况能尽快疏散。本大楼的结构形式为钢结构体系，建筑高度为21.3m。48406

    The architectural and structural design of the Affiliated High School of Shanghai Ocean University teaching building

    Abstract: This building is located in the teaching building of Shanghai. The construction area is about 5885 m2, a total of five storeys, a layer of high 4.5m, five to two storeys high 4.2m. The whole teaching building is about 57m, there are two stairs. The main function of the building is teaching, architectural design including office, classroom, bathroom, etc. In the plane, the room is comprehensively considered, the overall planning, structural modeling break the traditional shape, the use of irregular L, to achieve the visual effect of the beautiful. In the bathroom, office and other space layout, to fully consider the convenience of the use, so that the construction of the practical level of expression. In the safety, the need to design the fire stairs according to the design of the fire prevention code of the architectural design, and ensure the crowd can evacuate as soon as possible.The structural form of this building is steel structure system, building height is 21.3m.
