摘要本工程为滨海游艇会员培训中心。该建筑物的总建筑高度12.0m,长度为76.4m,宽度为26.1m,建筑面积 3136.05m2,共 3层,建筑体型为矩形。每层层高均为 3.6m,室内外高差为0.45m。该建筑物的设防烈度为7度,场地特征周期为0.15g,建筑场地类别为Ⅱ类,地面粗糙度B类。52602
在本计算书中主要包括:根据建筑图的要求进行结构选型和结构布置,结构主体3层钢筋混凝土框架结构。主要对荷载、抗震,竖向内力组合,基础,楼梯等进行计算。内力计算考虑以下四种荷载作用,即水平地震荷载作用下的内力,竖向恒载作用下的内力,重力荷载设计值作用下的内力及风载作用下的内力。选取最安全的结果计算配筋并绘图。最后利用PKPM进行电算,将计算结果与计算书中计算的结果进行比较,分析出现差异的原因。
本设计贯彻“实用、安全、经济、美观”的设计原则。按照建筑设计规范,综合考虑地质条件、使用功能等方面确定该结构。

Abstract This project is the design of Binhai’s yacht member training center. The total construction of the building height is 12.0m, length 76.4m, width 26.1m, total construction area of 3136.05m2, a total of 3 layers, building size rectangle. On each storey of 3.6m, indoor and outdoor height difference of 0.45m. Fortification intensity of the building was 7 degrees, the site characterization cycle 0.15g construction site classification as Class Ⅱ, Class B of the surface roughness.
In the calculation of the book include: selection of the structural requirements of the building plans and structural arrangement, the structure of the main four-story reinforced concrete frame structure. Calculated mainly on the load, seismic, vertical internal force combinations, base, stairs. Construction consider of the action come from four loads, they are horizontal earthquake load, design value of gravity load and representative value of gravity load, and the other is wind load. Select the best safety results of the reinforcement and Mapping. In addition, the structures of the program indoor staircase design have done. Finally PKPM electrically calculation, the calculation results calculated by the calculation of book compare the results, analyze reasons for differences.
