摘要工程位于上海市中心,是一座高层豪华旅馆,总建筑面积为10261.82平方米,建筑高度为22.2米,整个建筑由餐厅、酒吧、游泳池、桑拿室、客房四部分组成。根据土建条件一二层大堂、餐厅、酒吧和游泳池拟采用全空气系统,而一二层小面积房间和三至优尔层客房均采用风机盘管系统,同时为了保证新风的补给,采用独立的新风系统。
在完成方案的确定后,进行风系统和水系统的阻力计算,在计算过程中,综合经济因素,质量因素等确定管材,确定风管水管管路路径,得出最不利路径的阻力,结合冷负荷,送风量等选择相应的空调末端产品以及辅助设备。8850
在设计过程中,查找各种厂家产品样本,了解当今本专业制造水平,并遵循暖通空调设计相关的准则与法规,讨论本设计遇到的问题,并总结经验教训。根据设计的过程及计算结果运用CAD绘制标准层空调系统平面图,水系统图,风系统图,轴测图。

Abstract
The project is located in Shanghai City, is a high-rise luxury hotel, a total construction area of 10261.82 square meters, building height of 22.2 meters, the whole building from the dining-hall, bar, swimming pool, sauna room, room four parts. According to the construction condition, Lobby, restaurant, bar and swimming pool in one to two floor to use the entire air system, and the small area room in one to two layer and guest rooms in three to six layer adopt fan-coil unit system, at the same time in order to ensure the supply of fresh air, use the fresh air system independent.
After the completion of the program is determined, the calculation of resistance of the air system and water system should be started. In the calculation process, the comprehensive economic factors, quality factors to determine the pipe to determine the path of the duct hose pipe to draw the most unfavorable path of resistance, combined with the cooling load, air supply, select the corresponding end of the air-conditioning products as well as auxiliary equipment.
We find a variety of manufacturers in the design process, product samples, get to know today's professional manufacturing level, and follow HVAC design guidelines and regulations, discuss the problems encountered in this design, and lessons learned. According to the design process and calculation results, use the CAD to draw standard layer of air-conditioning system plan, water system, wind system diagram, Axonometric.

In order to meet the needs of international trade, tourism, and the rapid development of city construction, development of high-rise building will not stay in the level of development of the past, especially and comfort of buildings within the air quality requirements will increasingly high. The new medium and large commercial buildings have installed air conditioning system, in order to improve the grade of shopping malls, attract more customers. Commercial building increase continuously, and people have more and more attention on the indoor air temperature and humidity, cleanliness and air quality problem. So there is an urgent need for commercial buildings installation of energy-saving, health, comfortable central air-conditioning system to meet the high level of life pursuit.
The design is for the comfort of ventilation and air conditioning design, the main task of this design is : air conditioning system selection and arrangement, load calculation of indoor thermal, system hydraulic calculation, air flow of system and heat balance calculation, calculation of the relevant equipment selection and so on. Design results include the relevant drawings and specifications. Through this design can control air conditioning design steps, content, as well as the standard to follow, and put into practice.
