Title Air-conditioning Design of a 5A office building in Suzhou
Abstract
The office building is a 5-level office building, there are two floors underground, and 32 floors on the ground. The height of the building is 97.20 meters, area of the building on the ground is 45726 square meters. The second underground floor is for the garage, while the first one underground underground is used as parking lot and equipment room, as for the overground layers the first floor has a prestigious lobby on the ground, the second to thirty two ones are used as offices . The building requires central air conditioning and smoke controlment. The design requires to make an air conditioning system design of the whole building space; Engineering design of cold and heat source room, air conditioning water system ,and smoke control design. The design considers the rational use of energy and operating cost savings. Major consideration in the design is whole air system and fan coil plus fresh air system.
