摘要本设计为南京市某宾馆空调系统工程设计,主楼地下一层,地上九层,裙楼四层,主要建筑功能为客房、餐厅。根据南京地区特点,采用地源热泵作为其冷热源,通过阀门切换,实现夏天供冷,冬天供热,并且选用一台冷却塔,以维持土壤温度平衡。66187
根据各房间的不同功能特点,本设计主要采用两种空调方式,裙楼一层采用全空气系统,新风直接从室外引进与回风混合,经空气处理机组,然后送风;其余楼层房间包括主楼都采用风机盘管加新风独立系统,新风由新风机组处理到室内等焓状态,因此不承担室内冷负荷。

Title Air conditioning design of a hotel in Nanjing
Abstract
This design is an air conditioning engineering design in Nanjing.The main building has nine layers on the ground floorand one layer underground,and the podium has four layers.Their main functions are providing rooms and restaurants.According to the Nanjing area feature,this design would use ground source heat pump as its source. Through the valve switching,it can implement summer cooling, winter heating.Also, it can maintain soil temperature balance by using a cooling tower.
Two main air-conditioned ways are used in this design according to different features of each room.The first layer of podium is adopted all-air system, which the introduction of fresh air directly from the outside mixed with return air,and then they will be sent after treated. The remaining floors, including the main building are used room air fan coil standalone system,fresh air will be handed unit to the indoor enthalpy state.Therefore, the fresh air does not undertake indoor cooling load.
