摘要:此次设计旨在拟建上海海事大学宿舍楼,主体结构12层,建筑面积为5941.08m^2,使用的是剪力墙结构。该宿舍楼本着安全、适用、耐久、经济的原则,根据相关国家规范进行设计, 并力求细节完美完整。此次设计主要分为建筑设计、结构设计两部分。设计建筑平面图立面图和剖面图、并书写建筑总说明、注明做法是建筑设计部分的内容。而在结构设计部分进行了初步结构布置、荷载计算、运用PKPM软件建模分析。反复地调整模型参数及结构布置方案,使之满足相关国家设计规范,在此基础上出相应的结构施工图(梁配筋图、板配筋图、墙配筋图、基础平面布置图、桩定位图以及结构总说明)。在电算基础上再进行了荷载计算、楼屋盖配筋、单桩承载力计算等手算工作,并与PKPM软件运行的计算结果做了对比,分析了二者之间差异的原因。68745

Construction and Structural Design of Dormitory Building 7, Shanghai Maritime University
Abstract: The design is designed to build the Shanghai Maritime University dormitory, the main structure of 12 layers, construction area of 5941.08 m^2, the use of the shear wall structure. The dormitory is designed in a safe, applicable, durable, economic principles complying with the relevant national norms of design, and is strived for complete and perfectly in details. The design is pided into two parts: architectural design, and structural design. Architectural design includes building plan, elevation, profile, write the general description of the building, specify the practice. In the structural design section conducted preliminary structural arrangement, load calculation, the use of PKPM software modeling analysis. Repeatedly adjust the model parameters and structural arrangements so as to meet the relevant national design specifications, draw the corresponding structure of the construction plans (beam reinforcement map, board reinforcement map, wall reinforcement map, the basis of the layout, pile positioning map and the structure of the general description) on the basis of model. Based on the computer calculation to the load calculation, building roof reinforcement, single pile bearing capacity calculation. And compared with the calculation results of PKPM software running, analyze the reason of the difference between these two.
