摘要:本设计为上海大学教学楼建筑结构设计,其中包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。 建筑部分:首先初步方案的确定,包括柱距,层高和房间功能的确定。确定方案之后,通过天正软件完成了各层平面图,屋面排水图,正立面、侧立面图,剖面图以及教室详图的绘制。
结构部分:首先确定结构形式采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,屋盖及楼盖采用现浇式 结构。然后进行梁板柱尺寸、混凝土强度及其钢筋等级的确定,材料及尺寸确定后使用 PKPM 软件绘制结构平面布置图。通过软件电算得到板配筋结果。之后挑选一榀框架来计 算它的风荷载,地震作用并进行内力组合以及求出梁柱的配筋并与 pkpm 形成的一榀框架 荷载进行比较。完成了一榀框架的计算后,进行整体结构的设计,主要在 SETWE 里进行, 并对周期比、位移比、轴压比三大指标进行判断,由此判断计算结果是否合格。最后用 pkpm 绘制柱下独立基础。最后完成了梁板柱平法施工图、基础施工图及楼梯配筋图的绘 制。72198

Architectural design of teaching building of Shanghai University
Abstract: This design is the architectural design of the teaching building of Shanghai Univer, including architectural design and structural design in two parts。
Part of the building: first determined, preliminary scheme including column space, determine the height and room function。 To determine the program, the floor plan is completed by software, roof drainage, facade, side elevation, profile and detail drawing classroom。
Structure: first determine the structure of the cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure, roof and floor cast-in-place slab column structure。 Then determine the size, concrete strength and steel grade, material and size is determined using PKPM software to draw the structure layout。 Get reinforcement results by computer software。 Select a frame to calculate the wind load the internal force combination of seismic action and calculate a frame load reinforced beam column and PKPM formation were compared。 The calculation of a framework, the design of the overall structure, mainly in SETWE, and the week Period ratio, displacement ratio, axial compression ratio of 3 indexes to judge, the judge result is qualified。 Finally draw the independent foundation under the column with PKPM。 Finally completed the construction method of flat slab column chart, draw basic construction drawings and stairs reinforcement plans。
