摘要:本设计为北京邮电大学教学楼建筑结构设计,其中包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。
建筑部分:首先初步方案的确定,包括柱距、层高和房间功能的确定。确定方案之后,通过天正软件完成了各层平面图,屋面图,正立面,剖面图的绘制。
结构部分:首先确定结构形式采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,屋盖及楼盖采用现浇式结构。然后进行梁板柱尺寸、混凝土强度及其钢筋等级的确定。之后使用 PKPM软件绘制结构平面布置图。 挑选一榀框架进行计算,包括竖向荷载、水平荷载的计算,并与电算结果进行对比。进行整体结构的设计,主要在SETWE里进行,并对周期比、位移比、轴压比三大指标进行判断,由此判断计算结果是否合格。用PKPM中的基础设计中进行柱下独立基础的设计。最后完成了梁板柱平法施工图、基础施工图及楼梯配筋图的绘制。72610
