根据建筑的使用功能,本工程为政府性质办公楼,房屋的高度与长度、场地条件、结构材料以及施工建设过程中考虑下来,最终决定采用框架结构体系。本建筑物使用年限为 年,建筑抗震设防类别为丙类,地面粗糙度由于位于郊区但在建筑较密集的地方,所以选定地面粗糙度为B类,建筑场地类别为IV类,抗震设防烈度为7度,本设计的基本加速度为0。1g,地震周期特征值为0。9s,框架的抗震等级为三级,基础采用地下独立桩基。
本工程的设计内容为建筑设计和结构设计,建筑设计部分包括建筑方案的选定,建筑图的绘制。结构设计的部分包括利用PKPM软件进行建模计算,从而选取最具代表性的一榀框架进行设计。其中包括荷载计算,内力分析,内力组合,截面设计几个方面。接下来再进行楼板、楼梯、地基的设计等等。
