摘要:本设计为江苏大学办公楼建筑结构设计,其中包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。
建筑部分:首先初步方案的确定,包括柱距、层高和房间功能的确定。确定方案之后,通过天正软件完成了各层平面图,屋面排水图,正立面,剖面图的绘制。
结构部分:首先确定结构形式采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,屋盖及楼盖采用现浇式结构。然后进行梁板柱尺寸、混凝土强度及其钢筋等级的确定,材料及尺寸确定后使用 PKPM软件绘制结构平面布置图。通过软件电算得到板配筋结果。之后挑选一榀框架来计算它的风荷载,地震作用和内力组合并与PKPM文件的一榀框架荷载进行比较。并对周期比、位移比、轴压比三大指标进行判断,由此判断计算结果是否合格。最后通过PKPM绘制的柱下独立基础。最后完成了梁板柱平法施工图、基础施工图、手动计算楼梯配筋及绘制楼梯施工图。76297

Design of Building Structure of Jiangsu University Office
Abstract: This design is the architectural design of Jiangsu University office building, including architectural design and structural design of two parts。
The architectural design: First, the initial program to determine, including the column spacing, layer height and room function to determine。 After the program was identified, the floor plan, the roof drainage chart, the elevation facade, and the drawing of the sections were completed by Tianzheng Software。
The structural part: first determine the structure of the use of cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure, roof and floor with cast-in-place structure。 And then the beam and column size, concrete strength and the determination of the reinforcement level, material and size to determine the use of PKPM software to draw the structure of the layout plan。 Calculate the results of the board reinforcement by software。 And then select a framework to calculate its wind load, seismic action and internal force combination and PKPM file with a frame load comparison。 And the cycle ratio, displacement ratio, axial pressure ratio to determine the three indicators, thus determining whether the results are qualified。 And finally through the PKPM to draw the column under the independent basis。 Finally completed the beam plate column construction method, the basic construction plans, manual calculation of staircase reinforcement and drawing stairs construction plans。
