一、设计总说明本工程为上海市某商业办公楼建筑给排水工程设计,设计的主要内容有:建筑给排水系统、雨水、消防以及节水系统。

该建筑:地下负二层,地面裙房三层,塔楼十七层。建筑面积57469㎡,其中地上建筑面积:38357㎡,地下建筑面积18712㎡。地下二层功能为车库,裙房功能为商业,塔楼功能为办公。建筑高度:79。95m。建筑分类:一类高层公共建筑。从市政道路引入DN200供水管并在地块内形成环状管网供商场用水,商场内雨污水管网齐全。本设计依据国家现行的设计规范,本着节能节水的宗旨,并以现有工程经验为基础,进行了室内给排水系统、室内自动喷淋灭火系统、消防系统和灭火器等的设计。79608

本工程水源为市政给水管,最低水压为0。16Mpa。计算得出最大日用水量237。54m3/d;消火栓系统的给水方式为临时高压给水,消防水源为市政自来水,接出两根DN200的引入管。市政管道在地块内成环状管网,供本项目所有用水。室内排水系统采用分流制,最高日总污废水量223。33m3/d(按生活用水量的90%计)。室内+0。000以上污废水重力流排出。地下二层车库隔油集水井内废水经潜污泵加压后排至室外污水管。室外污水管汇总后,再经化粪池处理排入市政污水管网。雨水设计流量638。99L/s,重力流排放。
