摘要： 此次办公建筑设计来源于一个已经建成的实际项目。所以是一个具有周边环境的真实项目。所以，比起以前设计的方案来说，此次设计更加要求对于周边的学校和居民楼的控制、而且为了保持整体性，还需与周围建筑维持协调美观，该建筑外立面拟采用时尚、现代感强的石材与玻璃幕墙相结合的材质。并且除了主体性建筑需体现自身的标志性含义外，还需对内部功能作出合理安排，使本工程能实现最大的利用率及经济效益。80902

并且在如今可持续发展以及低碳环保的主题下，如何将建筑的美观与实用性相结合，使该建筑作为办公楼总部经济、实用、环保、低碳是在我们做设计时最需要考虑的问题。而如何将这栋建筑与周边环境相结合也就成为了此次毕业设计的重点和难点。
