摘要随着中国经济的发展，人们对不仅仅对生活的外在质量要求提高了，对生活的 健康环保要求也提高了。传统的城镇发展与建筑模式已不再符合新的社会发展需 要，这就需要进行思考分析，到底何种城镇发展模式，何种建筑模式才能真正满足 新时代的要求，新型城镇化与绿色建筑也因此应运而生，新型城镇化与绿色建筑提 倡的是一种产城融合发展、节能发展、绿色发展的新模式，它要求城镇布局更加合 理，建筑更加绿色环保，二者有机结合的发展方向。本文分析讨论了新型城镇化和 绿色建筑之间的关系以及国内外的发展历程，针对我国新型城镇化与绿色建筑发展 现状提出一些相应对策和措施，希望能对我国的新型城镇化和绿色建筑发展起到一 定的促进和借鉴作用。84442

Abstract With China's economic development, People not only for the external quality of life requirements increase, and on environmental health demands of life also improved。 urban development and architecture of traditional model no longer meet the new needs of social development, which requires analytical thinking, in the end what kind of town develop- ment model, building model which can truly meet the requirements of the new era, new urbanization and green buildings also came into being, New urbanization and green build- ing advocates a production integration of the city development, energy development, a new model of green development, which requires urban layout more rational, more green build- ing, organic combination of both the direction of development。 This paper analyzes and discusses the relationship between the development process of the new domestic and inter- national urbanization and green between the buildings, put forward some corresponding countermeasures against the status quo new urbanization and development of green build- ing, hoping our new urbanization and green building development play a role in promoting and reference。
