基于心理契约的企业员工满意度研究—以南京四季大通公司为例摘 要心理契约理论提出以来,为研究人力资源管理研究提供新的思路。作为员工关系核心的满意度同时也是心理契约的核心之一。本文通过结合具体案例,通过不同角度,介绍心理契约与企业员工满意度的内在联系。进而对企业员工的管理工作提出改进思路与方法。首先通过对心理契约理论的发展过程以及主要核心内容的介绍,作为对心理契约理论的不同范畴应用的基础。同时介绍满意度概念的提出与发展过程,将二者进行分析比较,发掘其中的在联系。其次以实用案例为基础,深化满意度概念,制定满意度调查计划并实施。了解企业员工满意度的具体实际情况,分析结果,提出改进方式。最后,总结人力资源管理中的实际问题,针对员工关系模块的核心问题,满意度与心理契约理论的深刻联系作出剖析。进而,为企业日后管理提供经验,丰富相关理论。86756

The research of enterprise employee satisfaction: Seasonstone in Nanjing company as an example
Abstract Since the theory of psychological contract was put forward, it has provided a new way of thinking for the research of the human resource management。 The satisfaction degree, as the core of staff´s relationship, meanwhile, is also one of the cores of psychological contract。 This paper takes Nanjing Four Seasons Datong Company as an example, through different angles, to learn about the specific situations of enterprise staff´s satisfaction degree, working states etc。, uses the literature research and methods of data analysis, combines the psychological contract with the related theory of the satisfaction degree, and starts from the work content, management, promotion, work environment and other aspects, to analyze the specific systems, staff´s stability situations of enterprises。 And based on that, it puts forward the improvement ideas and methods for the management work of enterprise staff, and proposes the specific improvement program for the problems of the salary, environment, management, promotion and so on。 It summarizes the practical problems in the human resource management, and makes an analysis of the deep relationship between the satisfaction degree and the theory of psychological contract。Moreover, it provides the experience for the future management of enterprises, and enriches the related theory。
