摘 要随着体验经济时代的到来和湿地生态旅游的兴起，越来越多的游客选择湿地生态旅游， 而旅游体验质量的研究反映了游客此次旅游体验过程中的品质，因此研究城市湿地公园的旅 游者的体验质量是很重要的，从中发现不足并进行改善，为游客提供高质量的旅游体验，增 加游客重游率，有利于城市湿地公园的健康可持续发展。本文以杭州西溪湿地为案例，采用 问卷量表调查与实地考察相结合的方法，从景区资源、设施、服务、特色、教育等方面进行 调查旅游者的体验质量，分析出在游客体验质量较低的因素，并提出相应的解决对策。88508

Abstract With the advent of the era of experience economy and the rise of wetland ecological tourism, more and more tourists choose wetland ecotourism。 The research of tourism experience quality reflects the quality of tourists in this process of tourism experience。 Therefore, researching tourists' experience quality in the urban wetland park is very important。 It can find deficiencies and improve, offer high quality of tourism experience for tourists, increase the rate of tourists revisit。 Final It’s conducive to the healthy and sustainable development for urban wetland park。 This paper takes hangzhou xixi wetland as a case, adopts the method of questionnaire, scale survey and on-the-spot investigation。 It investigates the experience quality of tourists from these aspects such as resources, facilities, services, features, education and so on。 It analyzes the factors of low quality of tourist experience, and puts forward relevant countermeasures。
