摘    要“美丽乡村建设”在“美丽中国”建设的背景下如火如荼的开展着。实践需要思想的指导，中国在不断发展主义生态理念的基础上，提出了“绿水青山理念”，在这一理念的指导下可以更加有效的开展美丽乡村建设，而安吉作为这一理念的诞生地，也成为美丽乡村建设的典范，它的成功经验对其他县市具有指导意义。本文主要研究三个部分：第一部分是对开展本次研究的原因，研究的现状等进行分析；第二部分是界定绿水青山理念和美丽乡村建设基本概念、特点等；最后一部分是对于安吉美丽乡村建设背景，特点进行研究从而获得启示，以便带动其他区域的美丽乡村建设。89007

The campaign, “The Development of Beautiful Villages”, is progressing like a raging fire against the background of the development of “Beautiful China”。 The guidance of thoughts is necessary for practices。 China, on the basis of developing the Marxist ecological concept ceaselessly, came up with “The Concept of Green Mountains and Rivers”。 Under the guidance of this concept, the development of Beautiful Villages can be carried out more effectively。 Anji County, as the birth place of this concept, also became an example in the development of beautiful villages。 Successful experience of Anji County can serve as a guide for other counties and cities。 This paper includes four major analytical parts。 The first part is an analysis of reasons for this study and the current condition of relevant studies。 The second part defines the concept of Green Mountains and Rivers, and describes the basic concept and features of the Development of Beautiful Villages。 The last part is a study on the background and features of the development of Beautiful Villages in Anji County, which provides inspiration that promotes the development of Beautiful Villages in other areas。
