摘要社会工作是我国社会科学事业发展的重要一环。时至今日社会工作在我国已经取得了一定的发展，然而,仍然面对着一些新的问题。由西方传入的社会工作如何适应中国本土文化？如何以中国传统文化促进社会工作在中国的本土化发展？这些都是有待探讨的课题。本文从中国传统文化的“和”文化元素着手，探寻中国传统“和”文化的独特性，及其与社会工作的内在联系，进而发现“和”文化在社会工作本土化发展中的价值。并针对当前社会工作本土化发展中存在的缺乏本土理论、缺乏社会认同、缺乏发展空间等重要问题，指出了“和”文化能够用以促进我国社会工作本土化的几个切入点，并对我国社会工作本土的现状作出分析和展望，提出一些对策。90070

Abstract Social work is an important part in the development of the social sciences of our country。Until now,there has been some achievement in the progress of social work’s development,    How social work which is an foreign subject that comes from the west can adjust itself to the Chinese culture?How to improve the development of social work localization in china with Chinese traditional culture。These are the questions that we have to discuss。This article will start from the “Harmony Culture”which is an element in Chinese tradition culture,and will find the specificity of it,along ,it’s inside connection with social work,more advance,to find the value of “Harmony Culture”to the localization of social work of China。Under the fact that the localization of social work of our country are facing variety of problem such as lack of native theory、low social identity、small development space，this article will give the point of how we can use the “Harmony culture”to help the localization of social work，and will make analysis and expectation of the current situation and the future of it。
