摘 要：洪泽湖生态经济区是以江苏洪泽湖为核心，包括淮安市区、淮安区、洪泽区、盱眙县以及宿迁市所辖泗洪县和泗阳县等六个县市区，以生态与经济协调发展为重要战略构想的经济区。洪泽湖作为宿迁和淮安的重要的水源地，不仅直接关系到周边流域人民的工农业用水安全,而且是南水北调东线工程重要的调蓄过水通道，目前洪泽湖水质总体状况仍呈下降趋势。 通过对洪泽湖生态经济区污染的特点、来源与诱因以及控制技术等进行系统评述，分析认为：入湖径流污染是该区域第一大污染来源；工厂无序规划及大量化肥肥料的投加，使得污染排放呈现增加趋势。洪泽湖生态经济区污染的控制对策为：①完善管理体制；②控制污水排放；③加强生态保护；④加强宣传力度，提高群众保护意识。对于洪泽湖生态经济区的水体污染的治理以及周边地区社会、经济、生态的协调一体化的发展具有重要意义。94600

Abstract：The Hongze lake Hongze lake ecological economic zone in jiangsu province as the core, including, huaian huaian downtown area, pision area, sihong and xuyi and suqian siyang county six counties, such as ecological and economic coordination development as the important strategic concept of economic zone。As an important water source, suqian and huaian Hongze lake is not only directly related to the surrounding basin of industrial and agricultural water security of the people, and it is important to regulate the water channel, eastern route of the Hongze lake water quality overall status is still falling。In Hongze lake ecological economic zone pollution characteristics, sources and inducement and control technology of system are reviewed, analysis that the lake runoff pollution is the first major pollution source in the region;Factory planning and a large amount of chemical fertilizer fertilizer dosing of disordered, showed a trend of increase makes pollution。Hongze lake ecological economic zone of pollution control countermeasures as follows: (1) perfect the management system;(2) control of wastewater discharge;(3) strengthening ecological protection;(4) strengthen the propaganda, improve the protection consciousness。For the Hongze lake ecological economic zone of water pollution control and surrounding areas the development of social, economic and ecological coordination integration is of great significance。
