摘要自我国证券公司诞生以来，经过二十多年的发展，从无序竞争到综合治理与规范化经营，不仅让规模不断发展壮大，收入水平也得到明显的提升，但仍然存在严重依赖二级市场、缺乏产品创新及手段等问题。在新市场环境下，政府政策不断调整，金融市场发展迅速，外资竞争者不断涌入，也使得我国证券公司盈利模式存在的问题日益明显。因此，如何改变盈利模式的过度依赖性以及优化业务结构成为证券公司迫在眉睫的问题。本文详细介绍我国证券公司盈利模式发展现状，在此基础上深入分析国泰君安的盈利模式，并结合新市场环境对其影响进行研究，最后提出了国泰君安盈利模式的发展与完善。42200

The Profit Model's Research of Guotai Junan under the Environment of New Market
Abstract
Since the birth of the first security company of China, it has gone through a long-term development of over two decades from disorderly competition to comprehensive control and normalized operation. The scale of security companies continues to expand and the income has seen a significant growth.In the environment of new market,the government policy is being adjusted constantly.Chinese securities companies have serious problems in profit model because of the financial market's rapid development and the foreign competitors' influx.Therefore, how to change the excessive dependence of the profit model and how to optimize the business structure are the urgent problems of the securities company.In this paper,the develonment status of Chinese securities companies' profit model is introduced in detail and based on it,the profit model of Guotai Junan is analysed in depth.The impact is combined with the environment of new market and finally,after the research ,the development and improvement of Guotai Junan's profit model are put forward.

一 引言
经过二十多年的发展，我国证券市场从零起步，券商由小公司发展为大公司，由以往模式单一的经纪类逐渐发展成为丰富的综合类券商。虽然证券公司的数量和规模都得到了大幅度的增长，但由于一直以来我国证券市场的盈利状况普遍都和二级市场相挂钩，使其相关度居高不下，有些券商利用低佣金的手段吸引客户，证券公司间打起“佣金战”，使得盈利水平存在周期性、不稳定性和经营风险巨大等问题。白肖然（2011）认为，盈利模式决定公司经营的成败[1]。国泰君安证券公司作为全国券商第一梯队，一直以来都是行业创新的先行者，因此研究公司的盈利模式，如何改变传统的运营模式以及创造新型盈利模式都成为国泰君安证券公司的棘手问题。
