摘要：社区公益基金对于社区建设、实现社区治理、提高社区参与度、公共事业的发展有着非比寻常的重要性。社区基金会是社区公益基金的平台，要研究我国的社区公益基金发展现状，需要从社区基金会的实际研究入手。本文根据笔者对深圳罗湖A社区基金会的实地考察，结合文献法以及访谈法，了解到A社区基金会已经有了很大的发展，但是A社区基金会仍然需要面对如何承担领导者角色、人才短缺、缺乏民主决策机制的的困境。而要解决这些难题，A社区基金会应该在借鉴国外社区基金会发展经验的基础上，根据本土社区的现实情况，动员社区内成员参与、提高居民慈善意识、完善社区基金会内部各项机制、注重与其他地区社区基金会的经验交流。43151
