    摘要我国改革开放至今,快递业务在我国市场快速成长,快递企业之间的竞争也变得异常激烈。随着国外四大巨头的渗入和本土民营快递企业的不断涌现,给中国邮政的快递业务带来巨大的威胁和挑战,过去“独霸天下”的局面已被打破。中国邮政快递物流(EMS)作为我国快递界的领头羊,所处的市场环境显得格外难堪,一方面EMS的硬件设备和分拣技术跟不上外国的四大巨头,另一方面,EMS在营销策略制定的灵活性上又比不上我国的民营企业,如此EMS就很难在目前所处的市场环境下获得新的突破[1]。研究EMS的建设和发展,是因为它不仅是国有企业,还是我国快递市场的代表品牌,它的建设和发展对我国快递市场的成长影响深远。45386
    本文首先通过收集到的资料对EMS的发展现状进行简要地分析,然后再对我国快递公司的竞争力重新进行定义,并分析了我国快递业务的特点。在此基础上,笔者对影响快递公司竞争力比较大的若干因素进行剖析,并建立一个相对合理化的评价指标体系。其次,本文采用分类采集的方法,确定了我国七个主要快递公司相应的各项评价指标值,并利用相关模型进行了实证分析,依据主成分分析法的计算法则,对七个快递公司的综合实力进行排名。根据综合评价结果,分析了对EMS竞争力产生影响的主要因素,并对EMS的发展进行了战略定位,提出了相关建议。

    Abstract
    Since China's innovation and on-limits until now, the rapid evolution of the fast mail service in the Chinese market, the competition among courier companies also become fierce. With four giant foreign infiltration and local private courier companies are emerging, China Post's express delivery business to huge threats and challenges in the past, "dominate the world" position has been crushed. China Post Express Logistics (EMS) as a leader in China's express delivery industry, the market environment is particularly embarrassing, one EMS hardware and sorting technology to keep up with the four giant foreign countries, on the other hand, EMS marketing flexibility on strategic planning another smaller than China's private enterprises, so EMS is difficult to obtain a new breakthrough in the current market environment. EMS building study and evolution, because it is not only state-owned business, or on behalf of China's fast mail service market, brand, and its construction and development of the growth of China's fast mail service market, far-reaching.
    Firstly, the information gathered through the development status of EMS brief analysis, and then to the contention of the courier corporation to re-define and analyze the characteristics of China's fast mail service business. On this basis, the author of the courier company affect the competitiveness of the relatively large number of factors to analyze and establish an evaluation system relatively rationalization. Secondly, the method of classification collected to determine the appropriate value of the evaluation of the seven major courier companies, and the employ of relevant schemas empirical analyze, calculation algorithms on account of on main constitutive analysis, and to express the firm’s comprehensible 7 powerful ranking. On account of the consequences of a complex assessment, analysis of the main elements that have influence on the competitiveness of the EMS, EMS and evolution of the policies position, come up with correlative recommendations.
