摘要：由于近年来粉尘爆炸事故数量呈现上升趋势且粉尘爆炸具有很强的破坏力，粉尘安全引起了各行各业的广泛关注。氟苯尼考以及替米考星在生产过程中是两种典型药粉，对于这两种药粉引燃源的研究对预防生产事故中的粉尘爆炸有着重大的意义。本实验主要研究了氟苯尼考以及替米考星的摩擦感度和不同浓度和电极间距下的药粉最小点火能。实验得出结论：这两种药粉的摩擦感度较低，不易受摩擦影响而引燃；两种药粉的最小点火能随着电极间距的增大先减小后增大，同样的最小电火能随着药粉浓度的增大先减小后增大。实验测得浓度一定，电极间距为3mm时为两种药粉的最佳状态；电极间距一定时，浓度为0.5g时为两种药粉的最佳状态。实验测得氟苯尼考的最小点火能为0.2J，替米考星的最小点火能为0.07J，氟苯尼考相比替米考星较安全。47087

The typical powder ignition source identification and research
Abstract：As the number of dust explosion accidents in recent years showed a rising trend and dust explosion has a strong destructive power,dust safety has aroused wide attention from all walks of life.Florfenicol and Tilmicosin in the production process are two kinds of typical powder, for the two kinds of powder ignition source of dust explosion accident prevention production has a great significance.This experiment mainly studied the friction sensitivity of Florfenicol and Tilmicosin,and their minimum ignition energy under different concentration and electrode spacing.The result of this research is that the friction sensitivity of these powder is low.When electrode spacing is 3mm and concentration is 0.5g,Florfenicol and Tilmicosin reach the best state.Florfenicol is safer than Tilmicosin.
