摘要随着电子商务的发展，网络购物成为消费者购物的重要新兴渠道。消费者习惯于在购买前浏览他人的在线评价，因此产品在线评价成为影响消费者购物决策的重要因素。国内外研究主要针对负面评价对消费者购买意愿影响的研究还不是很多，多是与在研究正面在线评价影响时进行对比。本文在相关文献研究的基础上，选择负面在线评价为主要研究对象，探究了负面评价产生的原因以及其中影响用户购物决策的主要因素，通过问卷调查分析各因素的影响程度，旨在探讨如何应对负面评价带来的影响。47567
Abstract: With the development of e-commerce, online shopping has become an important new channel for consumers to shop. Consumers used to browse others’ online reviews before they make purchasing decisions, so the product online review has become an important factor effects consumer purchase decision. Domestic and foreign research study for negative online reviews influence willingness to buy is not a lot, mostly comparative study with positive online reviews of. Based on literature research, select negative online reviews as the main object, to explore the causes of the negative reviews and the main factors of effecting consumer purchase decision, then analysis the influence degree of the factors, in order to discuss how to deal with the effect of negative reviews.
