摘要本文致力于对浙江省环境保护进行综合评价研究。为了研究浙江省环境保护现状和未来趋势，首先对浙江省11个城市利用主成分分析按照AQI优良率、全年平均酸雨率、区域环境噪声平均值、工业固体废物综合利用率、断面符合Ⅰ～Ⅲ类标准比例这五个指标进行评价。结果为丽水环境保护最好，嘉兴居于最后。其次本文同样利用主成分分析按照工业废水排放总量，工业固体废物生产量，工业废气排放总量3个指标对浙江省2007年至2013年环境保护情况进行评价。再利用AR自回归模型预测2014年的得分情况，观察整体趋势，为读者提供参考。最后根据结果为浙江省环境保护提供一些建议。47570
This paper aims for a comprehensive evaluation of Zhejiang Environmental Protection. To study the current situation and future trends of environmental protection in Zhejiang Province, we follow the five indicators to evaluate the environment of 11 cities which are under the jurisdiction of Zhejiang by using principal component analysis. The five indicators are as follows: the success rate of AQI, the annual average rate of acid rain, the average value of regional environmental noise, Section I ~ III with standard ratio. According to the results, the environment of Lishui is the best, Jiaxing is the worst. Then this paper analyzed the same method to evaluate the environmental protection of Zhejiang Province from 2007 to 2013. However, the indicators are the total discharge of industrial wastewater, industrial solid waste production, industrial waste gas emission. After that, this paper uses Auto Regression Model to predict scores in 2014, the overall trend was observed, to provide a reference for the reader. Finally, we provide some suggestions for Zhejiang Environmental Protection according to the results.

1. 引言
随着改革开放的深入发展与经济的快速增长，中国环境问题达到非常严重的程度。一方面，社会主义市场经济为我国的经济建设提供了新的方向和道路，使我国的经济实力不断上升；从另一方面来看，经济迅速发展所带来的后续效应也是明显的。自然环境被严重破坏，而自然资源也急剧减少。为适应全球可持续发展的趋势和中国的可持续发展目标，我国已建立专门负责环境保护的政府机构，尤其在近年来出台了一系列有关环境保护的政策、法规和措施，加大环保政策的实施力度，取得了一定的成效，但形势依然严峻。
