摘要:目的：通过调查山西省农民对新型农村合作医疗制度的满意度并发现其中存在的问题，为进一步完善新农合政策提供参考依据。方法：于2016年1-3月，采用发放自制问卷和面对面访谈的方法对山西省吕梁地区的农民进行非概率抽样调查，并对回收问卷中的数据进行描述性统计分析。结果：在138位被访者中，有131人参加新农合，参合率约为95%；对新农合“基本了解”的仅占36%；上一年平均家庭医疗总支出和报销费用分别约为3879元和1787元，平均报销比例约为46%；有71人认为目前就医条件能满足大部分需要，约占52%；对新农合的总体满意度为68.13±17.82分。结论：山西省农民对新农合制度缺乏了解，新农合报销比例和服务水平偏低，建议加大宣传力度，适当提高报销比例和服务水平等,从而提高农民的满意度。58083

Satisfaction Survey of Farmers in Shanxi Province with New Rural Cooperative Medical System 

Abstract: Object:By investigating the satisfaction degree of farmers with new rural cooperative medical system in Shanxi Province, and then find the existing problems, in order to provide a reference basis for further perfecting the NCMS.Methods: From January to March in 2016, by the methods of home-made questionnaire and face-to-face interview non-probability sampling the farmers in lvliang area of Shanxi province to finish the investigation,and use descriptive statistical analysis on the data in recycling questionnaires.Results:In the 138 interviewees,there are 131(about 95%) people join the NCMS;The ratio of“basic understanding”about NCMS is only 36% ;Last year the average medical expenditure and reimbursement costs of farmers are about 3879 yuan and 1787 yuan,and the average reimbursement ratio is about 46%;There are 71 people think that the current medical conditions can meet most needs, accounts for about 52%;The overall satisfaction to NCMS is 68.13±17.82 scores.Conclusion:Farmers in Shanxi Province lack of the cognition about NCMS,which has lower reimbursement ratio and service level,so suggested that intensify propaganda and improve reimbursement ratio and service level appropriately etc to raise satisfaction degree of farmers.
