摘要随着经济发展，政治的民主化，人们对政府的执政能力要求提出了更高的要求。在社会信用体系中中，政府公信力无疑是核心和基石，它是社会组织和民众之间对政府信誉的主观价值判断，对社会主义市场经济的发展，增强公众的社会归属感，巩固政府合法性，构建和谐社会有着重大意义。政府信任危机的爆发，让政府的施政面临巨大的压力，政府如何提升公信力，有效解决社会问题，已经成为亟待解决的难题。61163

    本文将通过文献分析法，以及案例分析法来了解政府公信力在公共危机治理中的价值和意义，以及在新媒体公共关系中政府公信力缺失的成因，并尝试提出相应对策。

Title  Causes of The Problem Analysis and Countermeasures of The Government's Credibility

Abstract With the economic development, political democratization, people put forward higher requirement for the government's ruling ability. In the social credit system, the government credibility is the core and foundation, it is between social organizations and citizens on subjective value judgments of the government credibility, for the development of the socialist market economy, enhance the public's social sense of belonging, strengthen government legitimacy, building a harmonious society has important significance. Government trust crisis broke out, make the government's policy under enormous pressure, the government how to improve credibility, effectively solve the social problems, has become a problem to be solved.

This article through the literature analysis and case analysis to understand the government's credibility in the public crisis governance in the value and significance, as well as new media public relations in the causes of the problem, the government's credibility and try to put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
