摘要国内医疗器械市场发展空间大，带来的企业利润虽然也丰厚，库存问题依旧是企业资源浪费的原因。如果能解决好库存这个问题，这将带来巨大的社会效益和经济效益。论文以医疗器械公司DML产成品的库存控制研究为背景，分析公司库存管理的现状，针对企业资金占用高，库存周转率低等产成品库存造成的问题，应用库存管理中的数量折扣模型，（不）允许缺货模型的，解决低价值库存方面的缺乏足够管理的问题。根据市场历史需求的产品量，应用SPSS回归分析，得到产品在市场的需求预测数据的结果。采用Silver Meal算法，计算确定出订货批量，采购时间，安全库存等相关数值，具有控制好产品库存的重要意义。62351

FINISHED GOODS INVENTORY MANAGEMENT RESEARCH ABOUT DML MEDICAL DEVICE COMPANIE

 Abstract Domestic medical equipment market is large room for development, although corporate profits brought huge inventory problem is still a waste of corporate resources reasons. If the stock can solve this problem, which will have a tremendous social and economic benefits.
