摘 要：新农村规划建设是促进城乡协调发展、实现全面小康社会的重要举措。而居民满意度是衡量新农村规划建设水平的重要标准。以刘老庄乡新农村规划建设为例，选取“红色家园”、“金色家园”两个新农村集中居住小区进行居民满意度问卷调查，应用因子分析法，分别归纳出影响刘老庄村和夹树村居民满意度的主要因子，并测算各样本满意度的综合得分。运用聚类分析法对满意度进行分类，比较分析两村满意度的差异及其原因，进而提出相应的优化对策。64122

Abstract：The new rural planning and construction is an important action of promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural development and realizing a comprehensive well-off society, and people’s satisfaction degree is an important standard of measuring the level of new rural planning and construction. Based on  the  case study of Liulaozhuang Town’s new rural planning and construction, we chose the two residential districts which are called Golden Home and Red Home and then did questionnaire surveys about people’s satisfaction degree on them. We used the means of principal components analysis to summarize main factors which influence Liulaozhuang village and Jiashu village’s satisfaction degree one by one.   Afterwards, we calculated the comprehensive score of each sample. Based on all comprehensive scores, we used the means of clustering analysis to pide them into five categories. Finally, we put forward some improvements by comparing and analysing the differences of people’s satisfaction degree between the two villages.

1  引言

社会主义新农村建设是指在社会主义制度下，按照新时代的要求，对农村进行经济、政治、文化和社会等方面的建设，最终实现把农村建设成为“生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主”的社会主义新农村的目标。它是促进城乡协调发展、实现全面小康社会的重要举措。
