摘 要:由于高等教育规模的不断扩大,大学毕业生的就业压力空前严重。对新员工来说,频繁的离职不利于责任心的培养,也不利于未来职业生涯的发展;对企业来说,工作人员的频繁替换也会对企业造成很大的损失,大部分企业对新员工不够信任、不愿意在新员工身上耗太多的时间,长而以往也会造成新员工没有安全感,最终导致离职率居高不下。新员工岗位适应期就会遇到很多问题,现实冲击、能岗不匹配、人际关系处理不当、与组织之间的文化冲突等问题日益暴露,从个人、单位、家庭角度分析这些问题产生的原因, 基于对新员工岗位适应期问题产生的原因分析,提出降低岗位适应期问题的个人管理策略。这样有利于降低新员工的离职率,提高就业质量。69568

Abstract: With the enlargement of the scale of higher education, the employment pressure of college graduates is unprecedented. For new employees, frequent turnover is not conducive to the cultivation of the sense of responsibility, is not conducive to the development of future career; to the enterprise, the staff of frequent replacement will cause great losses to the companies, most of the enterprises of the new employees not trust, do not want to new employees who consume too much time, long in the past, I will cause the new employees have no sense of security, eventually leading to high turnover rate. Will meet a lot of problems adapting to the new staff positions, reality shock, can post does not match, interpersonal relationship processing undeserved, and the cultural conflict between organizations increasingly exposed, analysis of the causes of these problems from inpidual, unit, family perspective, based on the analysis of the reasons for the problem of adapting to the new staff positions, is proposed to reduce the post adaptation period of inpidual management strategies. This will help to reduce the turnover rate of new employees and improve the quality of employment.
