摘  要：20世纪70年代末80年代初的农村土地制度改革逐步拉开农村社会转型的序幕，农民在市场占据了主体地位。随着社会经济的不断增长，人口增多、农业现代化步调的加速，人们为了获取最大的经济效益，在农业生产进程中使用大量农药、化肥、农膜等农用化学品，导致土壤板结、水体富营养化，破坏了农业生态环境，极大影响社会经济生态的可持续发展。农田面源污染的源头不集中，受自然原因影响大，由于其成因和特点，治理难度较大。其能否得到有效控制，直接关系到农业的可持续发展和生态系统的平衡，已经成为环境问题中具有挑战性的难点问题。本文从农田面源污染的内涵入手，分析江苏省13个地级市的农田面源污染现状及其污染源的排放状况，最后提出农田面源污染的防治对策，努力实现控制农田面源污染的目的，达到经济、社会、生态的可持续发展。70651

Abstract: The late 1970s, the reform of rural land system in the early 1980s and gradually opened the prelude to the transformation of rural society, farmers occupy the dominant position in the market. With the continuous growth of the social economy, population increase and accelerate the pace of agricultural modernization, people in order to maximize economic benefits, use a lot of pesticides, fertilizers, plastic sheeting and other agricultural chemicals in agricultural production process, resulting in soil compaction, water eutrophication of, destroyed agricultural ecological environment, which greatly affect the sustainable development of socio-economic and ecological. Agricultural non-point source pollution source is not concentrated by natural causes great impact, because of its genesis and characteristics of governance more difficult. It can be effectively controlled, directly related to the balance of ecosystems and the sustainable development of agriculture, has become a difficult problem challenging environmental issues. Based on the nature of agricultural non-point source pollution, analyzes the emissions profile 13 prefecture-level city in Jiangsu Province farmland point Source Pollution and sources. Finally, countermeasures agricultural nonpoint source pollution, efforts to achieve agricultural nonpoint source pollution control purposes to achieve economic, social and ecological sustainable development.
