摘 要:近年来,随着通信科技快速、开放性发展,网络电话的应用已经十分普遍,不同的开发商都想从这巨大的消费市场中获得利益。触宝电话在对泰州消费者市场进行拓展的方案中,存在很多可取之处。本文首先分析了触宝电话在泰州市场的营销现状,然后采用了网络调查问卷的方式针对泰州地区的目标客户群进行问卷调查。接着对调查问卷的数据进行整理分析,总结出触宝电话在针对泰州市场的营销策略中存在产品种类单一,营销模式简单,服务体系不完善,知名度不高等不足之处。最后针对存在的不足之处,提出了增加微博推广,问答类网站推广以及引擎搜索推广等网络营销推广方式,合理安排企业营销推广活动,强化对公司人员培训和管理,加强品牌建设等可行性的解决方案,为企业以后的长期发展提供支持。71832

Abstract: In recent years, along with the communication technology and the rapid, open development, application of telephone network has been very common, different developers want to benefit from the huge consumer market. Chubao telephone in the plan to expand the consumer market in Taizhou, there are a lot of merits. Chubao telephone marketing status in Taizhou market are analyzed in this paper firstly. Then, we use the network questionnaire in Taizhou region of the target customer group conducted a questionnaire survey. Then the questionnaire data were collected and analyzed, summed up the Chubao telephone in the marketing strategy of Taizhou market existing products are single, simple marketing mode, service system Perfect, visibility is not higher shortcomings. Finally in view of the shortcomings of the proposed increase the promotion of microblogging, interlocution kind website promotion and search engine promotion etc. network marketing way, reasonable arrangements for corporate marketing activities, strengthen the company's staff training and management, to strengthen the brand building, the feasibility of the solutions, provide support for the long-term development of the enterprise.
